When I was ready to sell my home in San Ramon, Geeta presented me with a comprehensive plan to prepare my home to be put on the market. First I leveraged the Compass Concierge service in which Compass loaned me money to do a light remodel of the bathrooms and kitchen, plus new flooring. Geeta's advice on where to spend that money was super insightful, in fact I'm regretting that I didn't do those upgrades several years ago so I could enjoy them myself. The remodel work was completed within a few weeks, then Geeta staged my home and had photos taken for the listing on the MLS, Zillow, and Redfin. She also marketed my listing on social media. The listing with the accompanying photos was beautiful. All of the listing appointments to see my home were reserved swiftly, I received many offers, and she helped me to pick a high quality offer (8% over asking) that closed on time with no issues at all. She will work very hard for you, has the right experience to present your home the best way possible, and always picks up the phone and responds to her texts which I greatly appreciate.
